KETO FUDGE POPS | SUGAR FREE FUDGESICLES | keto popsicle recipe

Halo Top’s Keto Series may be the best choice for ice cream that won’t derail your diet. A half-cup serving of the Chocolate Caramel Lava Cake, for example, has 143 calories, 5 grams protein, 5 grams fiber, and 2 grams of net carbs. Plus, they come in a variety of flavors from Mint Chocolate Cookie to Banana Cream Pie. At 4-10 grams of net carbs per pint, you can scoop away and stay in ketosis.

Flavor & Ingredient Options

Add a banana for a more even texture. This will add another flavor element but will pay off if you are a banana fan…expect if you’re eating keto, you know adding banana is not your best plan )

If coconut isn’t your thing, feel free to use a plain yogurt that has been thinned out with a liquid of your choice . You may need to add more Liquid Monkfruit Extract drops or Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup to counter the tartness of the yogurt.

    Storage & Serving Suggestions

Make a batch or two of different flavors and save them the freezer wrapped in parchment in their own plastic bags. This keeps them fresh for up to four weeks.

Enjoy these delicious chocolate ice pops on the deck while everyone else is eating ice cream and quietly revel in the fact that they wont blow your diet. Or share them with the whole family without worrying about overloading the kids with sugar!

    Combine Cream Milk And Cacao

    Easy Keto Coconut Fudgesicles

Pour a can of coconut cream into a medium saucepan. Don’t worry if it looks clumpy. This is just the natural settling of the cream. You’re about to mix it anyway.

Add the almond milk and cacao powder to the coconut cream.

Cocoa powder will work but it is more processed. That’s why I recommend cacao because it retains its nutritional value.

Keep in mind that I prefer to make my own almond milk. Store-purchased almond milk contains very few almonds. In fact, it’s mostly just water with synthetic vitamins added.

You can use another alternative milk like cashew. Or, if you love a rich, coconutty taste, you can use coconut milk.

Super easy to make, these homemade fudge pops make a wonderful low carb treat in any low carb freezer this summer.

    • Toss all the ingredients into a pan.
    • Whisk to blend well.
    • Continue to whisk until everything is melted and all ingredients are well incorporated.
    • Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes and then pour it into your popsicle mold. No molds? Use dixie cups or small plastic cups, they work just as well.
    • Add your sticks. I recommend you use the wooden ones. I tried to use a reusable plastic stirring stick, but they just slide out of the frozen popsicle, wooden ones work far better. If you dont have popsicle molds with a stick holder, add a tiny piece of plastic wrap over your mold and insert the sticks.
    • Freeze for 6 hours or overnight. To remove from the mold, run a bit of warm water over the outside of the mold until the fudgesicle pulls out easily.

    Ingredients For Keto Fudgesicles:

The Creamiest Low Carb Fudgesicles Ever! (Keto & Gluten

Avocados: A good portion of the volume in this recipe is fresh ripe avocados. They generate a silky-smooth texture and the healthy fat content signals to your taste buds that theyre experiencing something delicious. Plus, they add Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, B Vitamins and more! Not too shabby for a dessert!

Can you taste the avocado? People with very refined taste buds may be able to detect hints of avocado but in my experience, the majority of people wont taste avocado. The cacao powder and coconut milk help create that chocolatey goodness that shines through as the prominent flavor.

Raw Cacao Powder: The chocolate portion of these fudgesicles. Raw cacao powder has a smooth creaminess to the flavor, where regular cocoa powder tends to be a bit more bitter. Either one work in this application!

Full-Fat Canned Coconut Milk: Canned coconut milk serves as liquid and richness in these fudgesicles. The liquid helps to blend all of the ingredients together into a thick mousse-like substance, and provides the fat that makes it ultra delicious.

Note that if you use coconut milk from a carton or any other non-dairy milk from a carton, the fudgesicles will not turn out as creamy. The fat in canned coconut milk goes a long way in creating that mouth-watering richness we love so much in a fudgesicle.
